At the stage of implementation of the project we provide the following services:

 PREPARATION AND CONDUCT OF TENDER PROCEDURES
  • Tender documentation (e.g. Terms of Reference, Instructions to Bidders, Functional Program, Contract Conditions) pursuant to the requirements of the Public Procurement Law, FIDIC procedures, etc.,
  • Preparation and organization of tender procedures together with consulting services,
  • Support within investment projects implemented under the PPP/concessions formula.

INVESTMENT PROJECT MANAGEMENT
  • Technical assistance,
  • Supervision of the implementation of the projects and acting in the capacity of Contract Engineer,
  • Completion of supplies.
